Hi, I'm Sharjeel. These are the basic rules for using my website and services (AI automation, web development, tools, and consultations). By using DevGurux, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, just email me at contact@devgurux.com.

1. What I Do

I build modern websites, implement AI automation (chatbots, workflows), and help with SEO for businesses, entrepreneurs, and companies ready to scale.

2. Payments

Prices are in CAD (or EUR for German clients). Usually 50% upfront, 50% when the project is ready. No hidden fees. If you cancel partway, you pay for work already done.

3. Timing

Most projects take 7–14 days depending on the scope. Delays can happen if I'm waiting on your content, API access, or feedback – I'll keep you updated.

4. Who Owns What

After full payment, the final website and automation workflows are yours. I keep the right to show the work in my portfolio (unless you ask me not to).

5. Your Part

Please give me clear feedback, send your text/images on time, provide necessary access for automation tools, and test the system before launch. I'm not responsible for data loss after I hand over the project.

6. Limits of Liability

I'm not liable for lost profits, downtime caused by your hosting provider, or issues from third‑party plugins, API changes, or tools you add later. My total liability is capped at what you paid me.

7. Free Tools

My calculators (cost, ROI, etc.) give estimates only – not financial or business advice. Use them at your own discretion.

8. Changes

I might update these terms once in a while. The latest version is always here. If you keep using the site, you accept any changes.
