Hi, I'm Sharjeel. These are the basic rules for using my website and services (real estate websites, tools, consultations). By using DevGuruX, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, just email me at Contact@devgurux.com.
I build websites, set up Google Ads, add AI chatbots, and help with SEO – all for real estate agents, property managers, and brokers.
Prices are in USD (or EUR for German clients). Usually 50% upfront, 50% when the site is ready. No hidden fees. If you cancel partway, you pay for work already done.
Most websites take 7–14 days. Delays can happen if I'm waiting on your content or feedback – I'll keep you updated.
After full payment, the final website is yours. I keep the right to show it in my portfolio (unless you ask me not to).
Please give me clear feedback, send your text/images on time, and test the site before launch. I'm not responsible for data loss after I hand over the site.
I'm not liable for lost profits, downtime caused by your hosting provider, or issues from third‑party plugins you add later. My total liability is capped at what you paid me.
My calculators (cost, ROI, etc.) give estimates only – not financial advice. Use them at your own discretion.
I might update these terms once in a while. The latest version is always here. If you keep using the site, you accept any changes.
